the Middle East and the Caucasus, and we prepare the customs paperwork ourselves.

We deliberately do not publish transit times. Transit duration depends on the
cargo, the customs queue and the season; quoting a fixed number on a website would be a
promise nobody can keep. We give you a realistic window when we plan your shipment.
What we handle
- FTL (full truckload) — the vehicle carries only your cargo and does not
stop for other pickups. - LTL (part load / groupage) — your cargo is consolidated with other
shipments on the same route and the vehicle cost is shared. - Project and heavy cargo — machinery and out-of-gauge loads, with route
planning and permits. - Customs documentation — CMR, transit declaration (T1), commercial
invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, ATR / EUR.1 where applicable. - Domestic pre-carriage — collection anywhere in Türkiye and delivery to
the border gate or port.
Why the paperwork matters more than the distance
On these corridors, most delays happen at the border rather than on the road, and the
cause is usually a document rather than the vehicle. A transit declaration opened
incorrectly means the truck waits at the next country’s border. A weight on the invoice
that does not match the packing list means an inspection. This is why we complete the
document set before loading, not at the gate.
Getting a quote
Send us the cargo type, approximate dimensions and gross weight, the loading city in
Türkiye and the destination. Rates depend on volume, weight, route, exit gate, season and
customs status, so we do not publish a price list — we quote on the actual shipment,
normally the same day.
